Pre Pro Sports Take: Notre Dame Football will join the Big East in the next 3-5 years when the BCS contract (and playoff system) starts to benefit the conferences more than one independent school, the realization that ND recruiting is hurt by being independent, and the prospect of playing an easier Big East schedule vs. a Big 10 schedule.
