QB Simms rethinks decision to resign with Bucs

QB Chris Simms returned to form, rethinking his decision to re-sign with the Bucs last season. He now has competition in the QB position, and we all know he does not like to compete. After all, he initially committed to the University of Tennessee out of high school, but went to Texas after the Vols signed another top-rated QB.
