Is It Fair To Rush High-School Educations To Play NCAA Football?

August 10, 2007

If you look at the last post on fumbled.org you will see that Patrick Nixon of Ed H. White High School, FL, tried to rush his high-school education to become a NCAA corner back 1 year early. Should there be a rule in place making it so situations like this can be prevented? Altheltes are being texted by College football recruiting Scouts when they are in 9th grade. Com’on! That’s just rediculous.

The NCAA needs to step up and address this recent evolved issue and throw some guidelines to the league and intercollegiate sports programs. Don’t you agree?
