Joe Paterno Show No Mercy Towards Austin Scott

Joe Paterno has denied to care about what really happened the night Austin Scott described as being a consentual act of kindness. Without hearing Austin Scott’s explanation about what really did happen that night; Joe Pa removed Scott from the team and told the press “He will not be coming back.”
Paterno has been feed up with all of the controversy surrounding his team during the past few months. Keeping Scott on the team would only be a distraction that could effect the entire Penn State football community. Do you think Scott should have been able to defend himself and atleast tell his side. Or should he have been dismissed as soon as the issue arose?
