One individual went on record as saying he witnessed 1 year pro Texan’s wide out Jerome Mathis run the 40 in 4.26 seconds, but it was not officially documented as it was hand timed. Anyone have anything that can beat that?

Worth noting, evidently this kid does it in a 4.44 … and he’s 13..
